Privacy Policy

1. Files stay on your device (current version)

In the current version of Prod Posts, all audio and visual files you upload are processed entirely within your browser using WebAssembly (ffmpeg.wasm). Your files are never uploaded to any server. They do not leave your device during the export process.

2. No account data collected (current version)

Prod Posts does not currently require an account, login, or personal information. We do not collect names, email addresses, or payment details in the current free beta version.

3. Ad placeholders

The ad slots visible in Free mode are placeholders only. No real ad network code is active at this time. No tracking pixels, third-party scripts, or behavioral profiling are loaded from ad networks in the current version.

When real ad integration is added, this policy will be updated and users will be notified. Real ads may involve third-party scripts (e.g. Google AdSense / Ad Manager) that set cookies or collect anonymised usage data subject to their own privacy policies.

4. Future features — cloud render, payments, accounts

Planned Pro features (Fast Cloud Render, payment processing) are not yet active. When those features launch they will involve third-party services (e.g. Stripe for payments, a cloud render server). At that point:

• Files sent to a cloud render server will leave your device.
• Payment data will be handled by a PCI-compliant third party.
• This policy will be updated before those features go live.

We will not activate cloud rendering or payment collection without a materially updated privacy policy in place.

5. Analytics and cookies

Prod Posts does not currently use analytics, tracking cookies, or third-party monitoring scripts. If analytics are added in the future, they will be disclosed here and, where required, user consent will be sought.
